We will use your contact details solely to get back in contact with you for example to send you a confirmation for an event we organize, to send you our newsletter or another situation in which we would need to contact you. Your personal data will only be shared with third parties if this is necessary for your participation in an event or for the purpose of sending you, our newsletter. In these cases, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Netherlands will remain responsible for your personal data and will conclude an agreement with those third parties according to the GDPR. Your personal data will be deleted after 7 years without any activity or contact.
